- The old saying is that “it is always darkest before dawn”. With layoffs from all big tech companies in the US, interest rates at a high level and Russia bombing Poland, it is undoubtedly dark days. The relevant question is how dark can it get…?!
- In Sweden, there are increased worries concerning the real estate market. We give our five cents below
- The stock market is still pricing in a tad lower inflation rate. We still consider the revival a technical rebound in a bear stock market. You may play it but stay close to the exit!
- The chart below shows the Swedish property companies’ holdings of bonds
