Carlsquare advised Adacta on its investment from Volpi Capital
Adacta, a leading independent insurance software provider, announced it has concluded a partnership and reached an agreement on investment from Volpi Capital, a European private equity firm specialising in technology companies. The investment will help Adacta extend and affirm its leadership position in the insurance software space and make Volpi Capital a new shareholder in the company.
Founded in 1989, Adacta has spent decades helping P&C (property & casuality) and Life insurers grow their digital capabilities, streamline operations and processes, and improve profitability. Over the years, Adacta has emerged as one of Europe’s leading insurance platform providers with more than 30 implementations in 9 countries and a strong commitment to growth and development. The company employs more than 350 experts in 6 regional offices. Its modern platform, AdInsure, has become a synonym for digital innovation in insurance and is featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Non-Life-Insurance Platforms, Europe.
Empowered by its strong track record, and the favourable feedback from the leading market analysts, consultants, and partners, Adacta has set itself ambitious plans to become the platform of choice for insurers and brokers across Europe. The Adacta-Volpi partnership will focus on expanding Adacta’s presence in Western Europe whilst solidifying a leading position in the CEE and CIS regions and supporting continued investments into AdInsure research and development efforts.
